Anil Kumar

An effective senior management professional with strong career record of 25 years in managing Business Operations, Customer Care, Sales and Marketing, Client service and Vendor management. Industry Experience spans across Telecom, BPO, Retail, Office Automation and Healthcare Industry. Risen from functional to business leadership has also played strategic and consulting role.  

 

Anil has conducted signature programs on Effectiveness@Work, Capability Building, Process Reengineering, Building Leadership Pipeline and Customer Centricity to name a few. He is known for establishing sound training programs from scratch and improving training processes and procedures. Highly skilled in conducting needs analysis and devising custom solutions that meet clients professional objectives. 

 

Anil has done Bachelors in Engineering from Government Engineering College and Masters in Business Administration from University of Pune.

 

Anil has worked with companies from business groups like Bajaj, GTL, Bharti, Reliance and Birla.

 

He brings with him rich experience of Consulting Clients in the areas of Learning & Development, Process Re-engineering & Operational Excellence. He has also had the opportunity to develop and manage partner relationships resulting in high quality & cost effective learning solutions.

 

Anil is also a visiting faculty at New Horizon Institute Of Management Studies. He also conducts Open Workshops on Managing Your Minutes, Effective Coaching Skills , Healing for Happiness , Personality Development to name a few.
